The Superpower Access Program is the success booster rocket you were hoping for.  I've combined habit-creation best practices with a unique approach to making meditation fast and easy to learn.  I also provide you with multiple integrated training and support structures to enable you you build the foundation of your high performance practices: meditation and yoga.  It will launch you into a stable orbit of higher-functioning and greater ease.

What's involved?

  • Create and maintain two key high performance habits: meditation and yoga
  • Learn and use meditation in your life. Get trained in how to do it effectively and to apply the skill meaningfully throughout your personal and professional life
  • Learn a basic yoga routine designed make it easier to meditate as well as increasing spinal function and overall health.
  • Science-based/backed meditation training
  • Multiple integrated supports to ease and accelerate your learning and habit building (including innovative use of both body and technology based learning augmentation)
  • Learning and use latest habit-formation and retention best practices
  • Multiple assessments taken (before, during and after) to evaluate learning and impact

Solidly Set for Success

  • Weekly 1-on-1 coaching & Wave Method bodywork sessions
  • Regular live virtual classes (every 2-3 weeks, recorded for absentee students)
  • Daily use of a muse™ brain-sensing headband (requires smart phone, ear buds and muse™ app. Training and support provided by coach)
  • Daily Practice Journal (reviewed by coach)
  • Yoga mat provided (as needed)
  • Program peer accountability & support (through in-class interaction, and use of smartphone app)
  • Your own personal accountability/support team (enrolled from your family/friends/colleagues. Enrollment process facilitated by coach)
  • Recurring assessment of skill and outcomes
  • Process to support habit resilience after program ends
  • Financial incentive (Be reimbursed your Success Deposit amount upon completing course with a minimum 70% daily habit threshold and class attendance.  Defaulted success deposits contribute to scholarship fund)

Time Investment

  • 3+ hour pre-program assessment & orientation
  • Over 14 hours of 1-on-1 coaching/training (90 minute weekly in-person coaching and Wave Method sessions*)
  • Over 12 hours of group instruction/facilitation (2 hour live group virtual class every 1 - 2 weeks)
  • 10 week program
  • 1 hour post program debrief
  • Follow up assessments (1 week, 1, 3, 6 & 12 months)
  • Begin with a 10 minute daily practice
  • End with a 1 hour daily practice
