We live in an increasingly chaotic and challenging world, and I firmly believe that our best response to this situation is for ever greater numbers of us to step into our power and purpose. My purpose is to support people awakening to their greater potential and help them achieve it. I am committed to doing my part to help create a heart-centered world where people are joyfully alive, powerfully creative, and we all thrive.

your greatest strength is being more clearly and deeply yourself

You are a unique expression of life.  When you clear away the clutter, you can better tap into a deeper sense of your true self and draw on your unique combination of aptitudes, perspectives and preferences.  Your life will launch to a new level when you recognize the unique instrument that you are and learn how to more skillfully express yourself in the world.

you have gifts that we all need

There are solutions to problems or things missing from this world that only you can see or have an interest in realizing.  What is more, is that your greatest gift is also the source of your greatest joy and sense of purpose.  The world needs what your heart has to offer (including your greater aliveness).

experiencing difficulty doesn't make you defective

All living beings are masterpieces of creation.   However, human beings have a particular flavour of genius.  We have tendency to create challenges that require us to grow and evolve in order to overcome.  In short, our difficulties are not proof that we're defective.  They are a brilliant part of our design.

my practice

Through our work together you will become more clear about who you really are, what you're here to do and you will expand your capacity to follow through.  I will help you strengthen your personal foundation by growing mindfulness and self-care habits as you work toward your goals.

In session, I intuitively weave together dialogue, embodied exploration (of thoughts, feelings and concepts), and bodywork. Somatic approaches are a powerful way to sidestep the blocks that our minds create.

Sessions range from 30 minutes - 2 hours depending on what is appropriate in the moment. You will have homework, and I will hold you accountable to your commitments.  I will help you stay clear, inspired and connected to your goals while also strengthening your personal foundation.

True change comes from developing new habits, perspectives and skills.  This is a practice and it takes time.

Duration of a coaching relationship varies widely based on the depth and breadth of the identified goals.  It takes time to gain momentum and achieve significant changes in your life. Often benefits appear quickly, but it is typical for new clients to take three or more months to begin realizing larger lasting changes.

Sessions are held in person if possible (especially initially), but are most often done over the phone or Skype.  Book an initial exploratory conversation at no cost.
